The Elite StudyInTaiwan (ESIT) Program Office is sponsored by the Ministry of Education and is located at Chung Yuan Christian University at Chungli, Taoyuan, a mid-size city in northern Taiwan. The Project Director is Dr. Wan-Lee Cheng, the President of Chung Yuan Christian University and the Co-Project Director and the Director of ESIT Program Office is Dr. Tsang-yao "Polo" Chen, assist professor in the Information Management department and Professor Dr. Chung Tsair-Wang from the Department of Chemical Engineering.

The ESIT Program Office has invited participation from the universities to form the Elite StudyInTaiwan Consortium. The Consortium universities offer English-instructed master?s and doctoral programs in various disciplines.

The mission of the Elite StudyInTaiwan Program Office is to facilitate the talent cultivation programs through higher education cooperation between Taiwan and Vietnam. The Elite StudyInTaiwan Program Office will achieve the mission by interfacing between the international students and the high quality higher education in Taiwan.
